Für diesen Preis habe ich mir mehr erhofft, sehr enttäuschend!!! Das Hotel würde ich nicht weiter empfehlen. Für ein Getränk, sogar für ein Wasser, musste man in Stoßzeiten 5-10 Minuten in einer Schlange stehen bis man überhaupt dran gekommen ist. Das Wasser an den Bar‘s wird von der Wasserleitung entnommen und in Kannen gefüllt. Wenn man dann Wasser bestellt, wird einem das Wasser aus den Kannen eingefüllt. Das Wasser in den Restaurants riecht und schmeckt nach Chlor. Der Service lässt auch zu wünschen übrig. Jedes Getränk an der Bar muss man selber holen. In den Restaurants wird man von den Bedienungen auch kaum beachtet.

It is indeed disappointing to read that we have not managed to meet your expectations, and we would like to offer our apologies for not being able to reach your satisfaction. We would like to mention that bottled water is offered free of charge in each room’s mini bar, which is refilled every second day. Tap water is offered in all our bars & restaurants. Kindly be informed that tap water is perfectly drinkable and of very good quality, as it is filtered twice with a procedure called reverse osmosis. Moreover, please note that during this period the hotel’s occupancy is on a high level, so it is expected that the F&B outlets might be serving a lot of guests at the same time. We are sorry if the waiting time was more than you could tolerate, although we always try to offer the best service possible. Generally, it would have been much more helpful if you had shared your feedback with us while in resort, since we would have been able to offer the relevant explanations and to improve your stay in anyway we could. Unfortunately, you did not give us the chance to do so.
