An sich war das Hotel sehr schön nur die Mitarbeiter waren sehr unfreundlich vor allem die schwarzhaarige am Empfang. Es wurde kaum weitergeholfen etc. Das Buffet war gut gefüllt aber immer kalt und teilweise nicht mehr appetitlich wenn man zu spät kam
War ok trotz Junior Sweat
Frühstück und Mittag in Ordnung leider immer kalt gewesen und überfüllt wie ein Ameisenhaufen
Das Zimmerservice kam immer rein auch wenn man ein Schild an die Tür gehängt hat. Nach Frage nach mehr Wasser wurde man nur pampig angemacht
Fast 3h mit dem Bus gefahren vom Airport ins Hotel . Märkte gibt es leider nicht nur ein kleines da gibt es nichts und der nächste ist bei lindos ca 20 min fahrt

Although we are positive that our colleagues had no intention of appearing inappropriate or unhelpful, we would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused. Although, we understand that taste is a matter of personal preference & experience and therefore we do respect your opinion that you did not enjoy the some of the food and we will definitely share your comments with our Chef and F&B Manager as we always try to improve our products. What we regret is that we did not have the chance to meet you in person in order to receive your kind feedback as we prefer guests to exchange their insights while still in the resort to either our guest relations team or to the front desk, who are always available and pleased to assist our valued guests. Please be assured that all the points you raised have been addressed and taken on board by management for quality and training purposes within the team. We only hope that, despite the some of the inconveniences caused, you were still able to enjoy your holidays with us and that you would consider visiting Rhodes again in the future.
