Dear Stefan and Renate We would like to thank you for choosing the Princess Andriana Resort & Spa and for taking the time to provide us with your constructive feedback. We were dismayed to learn that you were unhappy with some aspects of your stay. We believe and certainly it is the opinion of many of our guests that our hotel meets the rating it has been awarded and therefore we were very sorry to learn of your own personal opinion. As far as the distance is concerned, allow us to say that we find your comments unfair since the transfer is not a factor that defines our hotel’s location. Moreover, kindly be informed that an alternative of taking a taxi is always a possibility in order to minimize the duration. To conclude, we believe that it would have been courteous if you had shared your remarks and thoughts with us during your stay by discussing your issues with our Guest Relations, so we could have had the chance to explain and/or react accordingly and fulfill your preferences.
