wunderschöne Hotelanlage, mit riesigen Poolanlagen, wir waren das 2. mal in diesen Jahr im Pyramisa, leider hat sich die "Qualität" des Hotels nicht verbessert, sämtliche Stühle auf der Terrasse waren mit Vogel-Kot übersät, die Tische sehr schmutzig! Nach unsere "Beanstandung" diesbezüglich wurden ein paar Stühle notdürftig "gereinigt...allerdings nur 1 mal in 14 Tagen!
wir wechselten am 2. Tag unser Zimmer, die Dusche war total verschimmelt und verkalkt! Unser neues Zimmer hatte ein "renoviertes Badezimmer", die Betten...naja ..ein Bett hat bei jeder Bewegung "geknarrt"...die Reinigung war gut!
Essen war gut, ..Das mexikanische und Mongolische Restaurant, sowie der Barbecue Grill ,war sehr gut, alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich!
Ein großes Dankeschön an den Chef Rezeptionist Hussein ,er hat uns sogar als unser Freund ins Krankenhaus ( schwerer Durchfall) musste sehr geholfen, spricht fließend Deutsch ! Auch der Manager Hassan war sehr hilfsbereit, sowie die Gästebetreuern Nisreen Raafat hat uns wie "alte Freunde" begrüßt und war stets um das Wohlergehen der Gäste bemüht! Leider war der "Hotelarzt" nicht besonders freundlich.(vor allem wenn der Patient schon älter ist ...wie unser Freund!
der Transfer vom Flughäfen dauerte ca. 30 Min.....wir waren allerdings die einzigen Gäste von "Travelix" (DER- TOUR)..hatten deswegen auch keinen Reiseleiter vor Ort....keine Information bzgl. Abholzeit am Ende der Reise!
