    Dear Mr. Robert, Thank you for taking time and sharing your experience at Radisson Blu Milan. I’m Raffaele Ruffolo the Room Division Manager of the hotel. I’m sorry to hear that we were not able to make you feel welcome and comfortable during your stay. The opinions of our guests are very important for us and this is definitely not the level of service we strive for. I would like to sincerely apologise, and I wish to re-assure you that this is not the norm. If the same matter happened to me, I would be upset the same and we are taking serious actions to avoid that other guests do not experience problems like this. Probably, if you have noticed it at the reception, we could have done something to avoid you to spend a terrible night and believe me, if I have had the chance to meet you in person, I would have tried to find a solution to make up for the inconvenient, but I hope that it is not too late and I would like to make up in some way, in order to do something for you, at least avoiding to give you a very bad impression of the hotel. We are really proud of the quality service of this hotel and many guests decide to stay in our property for this reason and I can assure you that our staff normally put more than his best to try to provide a memorable stay to each guest and I imagine that your stay was ruined by this issue that caused you an uncomfortable time.
