Dear Guest, Thank you for having taken the time to share your experience with us. We are very sorry to know that your stay did not live up to your expectations. We kindly inform you that during high season we do apply a charge at Régence Plage which includes a comfortable sun bed, a large umbrella, a fluffy large towel, food & drinks service, showers & changing rooms as well as free wifi. Our prices are benchmarked with other beaches in Nice and as our hotel guest you benefit of a discount compared to outside customers. The public beach not far from our hotel is free but without any service or facilities. The fact that there is an additional charge is clearly mentioned on our website. Moreover, your remarks regarding your bathroom deserve our full attention. We present you our sincerest apologies for all the inconvenience you encountered and we can assure you we take your comments very seriously and we will do our best to take measures in aim to make improvements.
