Das Hotel wurde zwar "renoviert" aber völlig fuschig und unmöglich. Die Zimmer sind dreckig.Wände und Einrichtung sind kaputt. Die ganze Anlage stinkt nach muffigen Abwasser, dementsprechend sieht die Ablage auch aus.
Alles war kaputt. Dusche war verstopft. Das toalettenwasser lief 24 std. Die fliesen im Bad waren gebrochen und richtige faust grose löcher drinnen. Die schranke rochen nach schimmel und muff so das man nichts reinhengen konnte. 7 von 10 Zimmern waren katastrophal.
Das essen war sehr schlecht. Jedentag die selben Gerichte und nichts war gewürzt. Die Qualität der speisen war wirklich unterste Grenze. Zum glück gab es genau gegenüber mcdonald und viele einheimische Obst und Gemüse händler
Personal ist nur freundlich und hilfsbereit wenn aussicht auf genug trinkgeld ist.
Hotel ist Genau an der Hauptstraße was nicht unbedingt schlecht ist aber was bringt mir das alles wenn man kaum das Hotel verlassen kann ohne von den heimischen Händlern fast genötigt wird bei ihnen zu kaufen. Der Strand ist Top.

Tägliche untethaltung ab 22uhr. Animation am strand täglich aber musik viel zu laut man konnte nicht in ruhe ebtspannen.

Good day, Allow me to express my apology for what you faced during the stay, but would like to clarify some points, details are as follows: The hotel location not changed and it is the same according to the brochure and the hotel discription and the beach in HRG considered one of the best....%100 true. The shops in the streets are same like other hotels near by and we have nothing to do about it. The said rooms supposed to be OOO not in operation and I just wonder about which room number you been to clarify more about it. Actually the hotel went for a very good renovation program and we do have a very good german comments from our guests and we already have the trust from major working German operators as well other markets. The Italian Restaurant seemed not visited though it is part of the All Inclusive formula that we do serve that offers Italian specialities.
