Wir haben All inclusive gebucht und das dann vor Ort bereut. Unser Zimmer ist schön und sauber gewesen, aber Sonntags werden die Zimmern nicht sauber gemacht d.h es gibt keine saubere Handtücher! Die Verpflegung im Hotel ist einfach traurig! Das Frühstück sieht jeden Tag gleich aus! Zum Mittag- oder Abendessen gabs 3 verschiedene Gerichte, irgendwie jeden Tag das selbe! Deswegen haben wir Abends immer auswärts gegessen. Der Pool ist vieeeel zu klein für so viele Gäste! In der Minibar bekommt man bei der Ankunft 2 Flaschen Wasser! Die Getränke gibts nur bis 23 Uhr abends. Dieses Hotel würde ich nie wieder besuchen! Aber allgemein haben wir uns außerhalb vom Hotel einen sehr schönen Urlaub gemacht.

First of all, the swimming pool size it is clearly descripted on our profile, and we are sorry if you had bigger expectations. You were also informed that the cleaning service is every day except of Sundays,so in case you needed new towels you could simply have asked for them one day before or even on Sunday, and our receptionist would have taken care of your request. As for the water bottles upon your arrival, if that wasn't enough for you,there are water coolers at the lobby accesable 24/7.In addition, We are sorry to hear that you did not like our buffet.We offer a varied buffet ( not only 3 options as you mentioned) and hope to cater for all tastes, although tastes are of course very subjective. Here too, we would be delighted to receive more detailed feedback. To an end, the opening hours of the bar and the restaurant as well were mentioned to the info paper you received upon check in.
