Geht garnicht ! Niemals 5 Sterne 👎
Die Lage sehr schön ! Traumhafter Sonnenuntergang! Das war’s auch schon!

Dear Dieter, Thank you for taking the time to share your opinion with us. First of all, while we regret that the question has been so misunderstood, we would like to convey the details here with full transparency. In Turkey, local authorities are responsible for caring for stray animals. Local municipalities and their veterinarians care for and rehabilitate all stray animals and provide first aid in the event of an emergency. According to Turkish laws and animal laws, the main responsibilities of each local municipality regarding stray animals are vaccination against rabies, internal and external parasites, and sterilization operations to control overpopulation. As a result of work carried out by the municipality of the region where our hotel is located, our animal friends were collected and returned to our hotel after vaccination and sterilization procedures were completed. We have been following this issue, working closely with animal lovers and relevant authorities. Additionally, to better convey our sensitivity on this issue, we would like to point out that we are a brand that places great importance on animal rights. Please also note that Richmond Pamukkale Thermal is one of many pet-friendly hotels. They also provide voluntary care for two stray dogs, and the Richmond Ephesus Resort is home to 25 cats. Our hotel also takes care of the mentioned animals after they have been treated by city veterinarians and returned to the hotel premises. Now the dog are in safe and lives in a hotels area. Thank you again for your time and attention to this matter. If you wish, you can follow developments in our Guest Relations department. Kind regards, Barbaros KARABULUT General Manager
