Beim 2 ten Besuch enttäuscht.. Morgens war es sehr laut durch die Bauarbeiter... Zimmer war sehr kalt und auf die Anfrage ob wir ein anderes Zimmer bekommen hieß es nur wir sind ausgebucht.

Also, we have completed a large part of the our renovation work. While your air conditioner was checked by our technical service, we could not see any problems with the air conditioner in your room. You wanted to change your room but our hotel was not available at that time. That's why we couldn't change your room. If you come to Istanbul again, we would like to welcome you to our hotel.
