Rodos Palace, 5 Sterne. Das klingt nach Luxus, nach dem Nummer 1-Hotel der Insel. Es handelt sich aber leider um ein Hotel im 70er Jahre Look, um einen riesigen grauen Kasten, der die besten Zeiten längst hinter sich hat. Auf die Aufzüge muss man ewig warten, die Preise in der Bar und Mini-Bar sind für ein Land wie Griechenland sensationell hoch (Bier 4 EUR!) , und das Essen ist leider nicht gut (zumindest das Fleisch: fettig, verknorpelt...). Positiv ist, dass es nicht weit (ca. 15min, Bus an der Straße vor der Tür) nach Rhodos Stadt ist - einem Juwel!
