Eingangshalle war schön, der Rest nicht, zimmer nicht wie abgebildet, Service Katastrophe, Badezimmer war an der Decke schimmel, toilettendeckel war kaputt wurde nicht repariert obwohl mehrfach erwähnt, von der Decke tropfte Wasser wurde erst nach ca. 6 Stunden repariert nach wiederholten ansagen, geputzt wurde auch nicht obwohl gewünscht war, essen ich sage mal der Hunger treibt es rein..lärmpegel bei Nacht im zimmer war sehr laut ob von draußen oder von anderen Zimmern 7 tage kein richtiger schlaf, wasser hat man erst ab 10 uhr morgens bekommen auch bei all inklusive, unfreundliche damen an der Rezeption. Ich weiß nicht wieso man dieses hotel überhaupt anbietet für fünf Sterne erwarte ich was anderes. Wer dieses hotel bucht braucht urlaub vom Urlaub, Frechheit
