Rezeption sehr unpersönlich, nicht für 5 Sterne Hotel. Zimmer gut, Essen auch. Liegen am Pool schon um 7:30 besetz. Kein Deutsch .Da ich sehr schlecht Englisch kann, haben wir gebucht, weil in Beschreibung stand Rezeptionssprache Grichisch, Englisch und Russisch. Russisch kann ich besser als Englisch. Konnte aber keiner von der Hotelmitarbeiter
