All Inklusive gebucht, eine Cola war gratis aber für einen Eistee musste mann zahlen. Dasselbe bei den Cocktails für eine PinaColada mussten wir zahlen und die PinaColada war die schlechteste die ich je in meinem Leben hatte. Extrem aufdringliche Hotelangestellte welche im SPA Berreich arbeiten, jeden Tag die erneute Frage für eine Massage ein Nein akzeptierten diese nicht. Essen schlecht überwiegend höchstens lauwarm. Zimmer war in Ordnung ebenfalls der Zimmerservice.

Dear Kevin, Thank you for writing a review. What are you suggesting making your next stay more comfortable to you. We are located by the best snorkeling and diving spot with in house coral garden, we are offering free of charge snorkeling guide and trips to make our guest aware with under water treasures. We are providing variety of food starting from breakfast (oriental, Mediterranean type, and international breakfast including egg station. For lunch, we are offering freshly baked bread, variety of salads, soup, different types of rice, fresh vegetables and three meats (Chicken, beef, and fish). Dinner is the same with outdoor barbecue and pizzas,...etc. What you need more? Concerning sports, we have both indoor and outdoor sports and all is free of charge starting from the gym, beach volley ball, speed ball, racket ball, snorkeling, diving, swimming, fishing, kayaking, bicycles, and safari by the use of beach buggies (extra charge). We have selection of free in door activities such as billiard, baby foot, table tennis,....etc. You are right about the attitude of SPA sales persons, we will terminate our contract with the present Co. and a replacement Co. will start 1 st. of September. We are looking forward to host you in near future.
