Dear Semi, Your feedback is very important to us as we endeavor to improve standards and meet all our guests’ needs. It is unfortunate that you have to go through the hassle. However as a policy of the hotel, we require a security deposit as a guarantee and can be refunded upon check out. Hence, we do not "Purchase" but we only do "Pre - authorization". Unless, you have consumed anything from the room lower than the security deposit then it needs to go under "Refund" and if not, kindly please check with your bank as it didn't pass through us. For refunds, it will take 14 days to reflect or to clear it from us to your bank. We hope our explanation somehow clears the matter.
