Das Hotel ist eigentlich sehr gut, nur kann ich nicht schlafen da das Zimmer in der ocean Front viel zu laut ist. Die Fenster und Türen sind nicht dicht. Eine Anfrage auf Zimmer Wechsel keine Chance. Es kam noch nicht einmal einer ins Zimmer um zu schauen ob die Türe evtl nicht richtig schließt. Habe jetzt noch 5 Nächte vor mir. 🥲 sehr schade es hinterlässt einen schlechten Eindruck.

However, we are pleased that you were eventually moved to the Lagoon Suite room, which provided you with a calm and quiet environment. For a future stay, we would recommend our Lagoon View rooms if you prefer a quieter atmosphere and are sensitive to the sound of the sea.
