Für eine Safari in den Taita Hills sind wir für eine Nacht dorthin gekommen und haben dort übernachtet. Jedoch haben wir ein Zimmer ohne Safe und ohne Wasser zum Zähne putzen erwischt, dazu war es auch nicht wirklich sauber.
Unser Zimmer war nicht sauber, renovierungungsbedürftig und leider hatten wir kein Wasser und keinen Safe für die Wertsachen (Andere Gäste jedoch schon).
Es hat gereicht um satt zu werden und für eine Nacht ausreichend, jedoch ist es geschmacklich, sowie von der Auswahl nicht so wie man es sich vorstellt.
Die Lodge liegt mitten in den Taita Hills und zu einem game drive ist man direkt dort wo man hin möchte.

However, we are genuinely sorry to learn that your experience with the room condition and dining did not meet your expectations. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the inconveniences you faced, particularly the lack of water and in-room safe, as well as the cleanliness concerns. This is not the standard we aim to uphold. We are currently implementing a phased renovation program and reinforcing our housekeeping and maintenance checks to ensure all guest rooms meet the expected standards. We do hope you might reconsider visiting us again in the future to experience the true comfort and service we are known for—especially our heated salty water infinity pool, designed to relax sore muscles and provide guests with tranquil views of the savannah.
