Wir hatten ein Duplex DZ gebucht, resp. 2 die miteinander verbunden sind, da wir mit 2 Kinder reisten. Das Zimmer selber war super sauber. Aber es hat sehr stark modrig gerochen und war eine absolute Katastrophe, da das Zimmer nicht nur muffig gerochen hat, sondern auch stark feuchtelte. Der Geruch war so stark, dass man es auch nach dem Verlassen des Zimmers nicht aus der Nase bekam. Wir haben es gemeldet und sie haben uns angeboten, mit einem Spray nachzuhelfen. Was natürlich nichts nützt. Danach haben sie uns ein anderes Zimmer der gleichen Kategorie angeboten. Obwohl ich gesagt habe, bitte nicht sprayen, wurde das neue Zimmer mit Spray behandelt. Trotz allem hat man den muffigen Geruch und die Feuchtigkeit stark gemerkt. Wir haben uns dann gemeldet, dass wir so nicht im Santiburri bleiben möchten, da es wirklich sehr ungesund gerochen hat. Das Management hat uns dann in eine Villa umgebucht (kostenlos). Dieses Zimmer war kein Vergleich zum gebuchten Zimmer. Es war eine super Villa. Trocken und hat null modrig gerochen. Ab da war der Aufenthalt top. Ein Duplex Zimmer in einem dieser Gebäude würde ich nicht empfehlen. Wir hätten die Unterkunft gewechselt, hätte das Management keine Lösung gefunden.
