Whilst an apology will regrettably not alter the outcome of your experience on this occasion, I do extend it with all sincerity. We have noted your comments about aspects of the room that needs updating and the bad flush in the washroom, although we cannot change the infrastructure of the rooms, we see the need to update or upgrade the rooms and bathroom to modernize it. Restaurant and foodservice will be addressed with the teams and we will endeavor to improve accordingly. We hope to give our guests a perfect 10 experience but we realize sometimes we fall short of our goal.
