Sentido Aequora Lanzarote Suite

Dear Elvira, sorry if I answer in English, but my German is not good enough. First of all, thank you very much for sharing your opinion on HolidayCheck about Aequora Sentido Lanzarote. We are enthusiastic to know you appreciated the cleanness, the hotel facilities and our staff treatment. About food, we are glad to know you found it good and tasted. About its temperature we control it in each service and it’s between the sanity standards. More than 1.000 persons eat each day in our buffet and we have many profiles: guest who like really hot food and others colder. In this fact, we have microwaves at our guests disposal, the show cooking where you find food prepared at the moment, so it’s hot, and also, we have a selection of dishes that have hot temperature. About the design of the room, we are really sorry if you did not like it. When the hotel was restructured 2 years ago, we thought of a modern and minimalist style, normally the open spaces of our Junior Suites is one of the strengths of Aequora Lanzarote Suites.
