Dear Katharina, first of all sorry if I answer in English, but my German it is not good enough. We are sorry to know that your holiday was not the way you have expected. We are sad to hear that you have not enjoyed your meals in our hotel. In general our guest are happy with the food in our hotel but we will keep on working to improve the hotel. We do everything that's possible to make sure our guest receive good quality food. Also we receive regular health and safety checks by the different tour operators we working with. We are sorry if you did not like the room as well. Many families ask in advance for a ground floor room without stairs because of the same problem as your. Usually we can not guarantee 100% the clients request, but our reception department does its best to fulfill the clients wishes.
