Dear Alice, first of all, sorry if I reply you in English, but my German is not good enough. Thank you very much for your review. We are sorry for the small issues happen during your stay. Concerning your opinion about the food, we are really sorry if you had this bad impression. We try to give a good variety with two ample buffets, a salad bar, a show cooking where we cook freshly the food, 4 thematic nights (Asiatic,Mexican, Spanish and italian), a snack bar with salads, fresh fruit, cakes, hot dogs, burgers, and sandwiches and one à la carte dinner. We are really sorry to see that you didn't like our gastronomic offert. We would like to inform you we take all our customers opinions constructively in order to be aware of improvements necessary.
