Das Hotel liegt zu Fuss recht weit weg von Puerto del Carmen. Das Essen ist qualitativ gut aber nicht sehr abwechslungsreich. Die Liegestühle bei den Pools waren alt und durchgelegen. Nach einer halben Stunde hatten wir Rückenschmerzen. Verwirrung mit All inclusive und All inclusive Plus. Lieber nur ein All inclusive und dann alle Getränke gratis abgeben.
Gute Betten. Störend war, dass das Badezimmer nicht durch eine Tür abgetrennt war.

Dear Denise, first of all sorry if I reply you in English, but my German is not so good. Thank you for leaving a feedback, as it is the only way we have to improve our services. We are happy you found so good our beds, however we are unhappy about the 3 stars rate. We are sorry for not satisfying your expectation. Concerning the sunbeds, the new ones are already in their way. Concerning the drinks in the all inclusive, did you talked to somebody about it? Maybe we could have been able to explain you what is inclueded and what is not. We hope you give us a second chance and you visit us back soon. Best regards MDL
