Wenn mal alles fertig ist ... schöne große Anlage . Leider noch in der Bauphase , am Strand täglich Bagger die Tonnen von Erdreich bewegen

    • Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Pool , ca. 65 qm , besser geht nicht

      • Essen war gut aber oft eiskalt . Speisenauswahl war gut

        • Getränke, Teller , Besteck musste man sich selbst drum kümmern. Servicepersonal war überfordert oder Neulinge , Hotel war nur zu 30 Prozent ausgelastet und der Service ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig

          • Stunde Transfer vom Flughafen Marsa Alam, und in der Umgebung nichts aber das war uns vorher bekannt

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by work on the beach. We understand how this may have impacted your experience, and we are working hard to complete all renovations to provide our guests with a fully finished and improved environment. Your comments will help us improve communication about these ongoing works, especially for future guests. We’re pleased that you enjoyed the room design and found the food to be good, though we regret that some dishes were not served at the proper temperature. We will review this issue with our kitchen team to ensure that all meals are served at the correct temperature moving forward. We also appreciate your comments regarding the drink selection and will look into improving the quality of wines and juices. It’s concerning to hear that the service wasn’t up to standard during your stay. We are aware that some of our staff members are still in training, and we’re actively working to improve efficiency and hospitality. We will address these areas to ensure better service in the future, including quicker responses and more attention to guests' needs. We also regret that you found the entertainment options and spa facilities lacking. As you mentioned, the spa is still under construction, but we are aiming to open it on December-2024.
