Highlight gab es keins.Essen war kalt,die Eier schon grün.Die Zimmer durch eine Verbindungstür getrennt,alles vom Nachbar war zu hören.Sie haben es nicht geschafft in 14 tagen das die Klimaanlage funktioniert.Haben All inclusive gebucht und als wir ankamen hieß es All inclusive soft,mussten jedes zusätzliche Getränk außerhalb der mahlzeiten bezahlen. Essen war nie direkt beschrieben,nur am Eingang des Restaurants,aber für Allergiker schlecht.In jedem süssen Teilchen war massig Alkohol,was nicht beschrieben war. Wir waren viel außerhalb um mal typisch Italienische Kultur kennen zu lernen und typisches Essen für Italien Essen zu können. Morgends um 6 Uhr wurde der Sand glatt gestrichen ,mit schlafen war da nicht viel. Das Hotel wurde als super angepriesen,als wir gebucht haben hatte es 100% weiter empfehlung-ich würde es keinem weiter empfehlen! Öffentliche Toiletten war oftmals unsauber. Personal an der Rezeption sagte zu allem Ja und Amen,aber wirklich getan oder angenommen hat niemand was. Kein Reiseleitung vor Ort. Das einzigste schöne war der Pool und das Meer.

Dear Sabrina, thank you for having enjoyed the pool and the sea. German guests were few because we are not very present in the German market. The food was not cold, but it's always warm and the eggs have always had their natural color. The air conditioning works perfectly and we had no request to speak in the rooms for this type of problem. Inside the buffet there are always three typical Sicilian dishes and once a week we make a dinner with only typical Sicilian products. At the entrance of the buffet, we also exposed the sheet with the indication of the allergens and our staff, who also speaks German, it is always willing to give explanations. As it regards the public baths have 6 different locations that are cleaned 6 times a day. The formula Soft All Includsive is exactly what is provided in the catalog and includes: water and soft drinks throughout the day; wine and beer at lunch and dinner; coffee at breakfast. Every morning at 6:00 we clean the beach just to ensure maximum cleanliness in public areas. The beach is 200 meters from the rooms that are completely soundproof, it is proved by the fact that she is the first customer to have had this hassle. Finally, any communication addressed to the reception is always brought to our knowledge and the problem is solved in less than four hours, always.
