Aus Deutschland-Der Hauptpool und das Haupthaus sind sehr renovierungsbedürftig. -nur englischsprachige Animation/ schwierig für die Kinder -am Tag gab es fast ausschließlich Einweg-Plastikbecher/ Unmengen an Müll / bei windigem Wetter flogen die Plastikbecher überall herum -zu wenig Liegen am Pool und Strand + sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal + Mängel wurden sehr schnell behoben + Hotelzimmer war sehr sauber + Security an der Hoteleinfahrt + Animation war angenehm und nicht zu aufdringlich

Dear Susi, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. Our animation team at the moment has a multi lingual team. They speak English, German Polish amongst other languages. We are sorry if your child felt left out, you should have approached reception to clear that up. Approaching a staff member for help about any issue concerning you is the fastest way to solve it. If you could not find a sunbed the staff would have found some for you, although with the arrival of our new shipment there should be more than enough for all our guests.
