Wir waren 5 Tage dort. Überwiegend kann man nichts schlechtes sagen. Die Anlage ist sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Schön fanden wir nicht, dass die Handtücher um Zimmer leider immer braune Flecken hatten. Das Geschirr und Besteck war auch nicht immer sauber. Man musste schon genau hinschauen was man sich weg nimmt. Die Tische waren klebrig. Und das in aller Herrgotts frühe die Liegen am Strand und am Pool mit Handtüchern blockiert wurden fand ich unverschämt. Traurig, dass das vom Hotel so geduldet wird. Aber allem in allem hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub.

Dear Christina, Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a positive feedback. We apologize for our shortcomings. Your comments about the towels in the room will be passed on to the department head. The hotel does not tolerate reservation of sunbeds and is constantly removing them but unfortunately not all guests respect this and just keep on doing it. If you had approached reeption or a staff member they would have helped find you loungers, again we apologize.
