I would like to clarify that our General Manager always strives to maintain the highest level of courtesy and professionalism, especially with guests who approach with mutual respect. It’s important to note that when certain requests, such as extending a stay, cannot be fulfilled due to full occupancy, we do our best to offer alternatives, but we also understand that this can be disappointing. That being said, it is within the manager’s discretion to decline any gifts or gestures from guests, especially in situations where they feel it is inappropriate. What’s truly disheartening is when guests express their enjoyment of their stay only to later leave reviews that seem to overshadow their positive experience based on a single incident. We always appreciate constructive criticism and use it as an opportunity to improve, but we also ask for fairness and balance when sharing feedback.
