Dear Claudia At the outset we wish to thank you for choosing to spend your Ayurveda retreat with the Thaulle Family, though judging from your review, it seems to have being less than memorable. We were aware that you were not enjoying the Ayurveda and the sacrifices it entails in order for it to be beneficial. With Ayurveda, meals have to be controlled and we always recommend our guests to study up on the subject rather than paying money and being disappointed halfway through the secession. The hotel is situated down a by road but the rooms and other public areas all face the lake, this generally minimizes the occasional traffic the passes down the road. Resort properties are generally situated away from main towns, this is part of the attraction as we are one with nature. We are sorry as well if you faced communication problems with our team, though we have not had a complaint of this nature before. Regarding the money you claim that was stolen, you are well aware that we had conducted an investigation, however there was no definite conclusion. This is one of the reasons why we encourage guests to use the safety boxes provided in the rooms. The situation was your word against the rooms boys word and we really did not have enough evidence to take matters any further.
