Die Hotelanlage ist sehr schön. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beim Essen gibt es viel Auswahl da es 4 Restaurants gibt und noch weitere im benachbarten Hotel wo man auch noch essen kann. Das Zimmer ist Unordnung für Ägypten.
