Wir waren vom 28.02.2023-07.03.2023 im Grand Palace Hurghada. Gebucht haben wir über Urlaubspiraten, da dass Hotel als luxuriöses 5* Sterne Hotel angepriesen wurde. Aus meiner Sicht völlig überzogen!!! Das Grand Palace ist erst 3Jahre alt, macht aber ein viel älteren Eindruck…schmutzige Zimmer, die Restaurants sehen auch nicht toll aus, vieles sieht abgegriffen aus, ganz besonders die Gläser. Aus meiner Sicht, kein 5* Hotel und der Preis war nicht gerechtfertigt! Ein Großes Lob geht an Mosti aus der Almiro’s Bar! Mosti hat sich immer super um uns und die Getränke gekümmert:)

We do not believe the situations you describe are typical of our guest experience but I have passed your comments on to my department managers and, rest assured, we will investigate the matter thoroughly and take any action required. and kindly be noted that you changed your room two times because you extended your holiday two times and concerning to the tipping .Tipping is at the guest's discretion, and it is up to the guest to tip when and how they please to, for any service they feel is deserving of a tip.
