Dear Timo, Thank you for your review of the Grand Palace Although your comments are not consistent with other reviews, we appreciate and thank you for your feedback. kindly be informed that we have Crystal International Co a specialized company from the United Kingdom, for our Food, Hygiene and Safety activities. Checks and controls are implemented and carried out. These checks and controls include the swimming pool(s) which are chlorinated daily, the purified water used in the kitchens for the preparation of foods, our ice making machines and that all dish/glass washing machines operate safely and correctly. We follow and maintain the guidelines and controls required to meet Cristal's standards. During the period of the guest's stay all standards and levels were correct. We take all guests comments seriously, and your feedback is important to us, as we are continually working to improve and enhance our services and facilities to meet all of our guest’s expectations.
