Regarding the pricing, please rest assured that our food menu is in line with other resorts in the area offering the same level of services and facilities. We have addressed the issue with our maintenance team to ensure the pleasant experience for our guests. Regarding transportation, we’d like to provide some additional information for future guests. Our resort is tucked away in the secluded Shark Bay on the serene Haadtien Beach of Koh Tao island. Many guests appreciate this peaceful location as it offers a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle of the town. The resort is about a 20-minute drive from the main pier and less than 10 minutes from Koh Tao center. For guests’ convenience, we provide a free shuttle service to the main pier three times a day. Taxis and scooter rentals are also great options for exploring the island, and our team is always happy to assist with arrangements.
