We’ve taken good note of your comments regarding the condition of your room and some maintenance aspects. We’re sorry for the inconvenience caused by the water pressure, air conditioning, and musty smell, and our teams are already working on corrective actions to make sure future stays are more comfortable. As for the cockroaches, regular pest-control treatments are carried out across the resort by an accredited company. However, being nestled in a lush, humid tropical setting, these little island visitors can sometimes be quite persistent though we’re constantly working to keep them at bay. Your feedback means a lot to us; it helps us grow and improve while staying true to our spirit of genuine Mauritian hospitality.
