Dear Frank, Thank you for taking the time of sharing your experience at our resort. I have read your remarks with much concern and am sorry that your vacation was not as per your expectations. I would like to apologise for the inconveniences caused. I would like to assure you that this is not our usual level of standard. I have taken your comments very seriously and have briefed my Housekeeping along with Maintenance teams accordingly to avoid such situations in the future.
