Aus DeutschlandHotel ist leider inzwischen stark renovierungsbedürftig. Das ununterbrochene Anbieten von kostenpflichtigen Dienstleistungen ist sehr nervig, das Personal ist wirklich bemüht, aber es fehlt doch einiges an Empathie und echter Gastfreundschaft. Es geht nur um Trinkgeld und das generieren von zusätzlichen Umsatz.
