Dear Mr. Frank , Thank you for taking the time to write a review on our resort! We feel sorry to read that our hotel did not meet your full satisfaction. We always appreciate reviews with both negative and positive comments, but we would like to draw your kind attention that we asked your good- self many times to sit and listen to all your comments but you refused ,even when you tried to meet one of the management , you came at the hotel reception at 23.30 !. During checkout, we also asked you to sit together but you refused although all the management was in operation. We sincerely apologize, if this has overshadowed your stay and we are looking forward to welcoming you very soon for another visit Best regards Hotel Management
