Essen super, Personal freundlich, Zimmer in Ordnung aber die Poolanlage im schlechten Zustand. Liegen und Sonnenschirme am Pool zu wenig und die meisten auch kaputt. Ausserdem war der Transfer deutlich länger als eine Std da auf der Küstenstrasse natürlich nur 50 gefahren werden darf/kann

Dear Nancy, Thank you for sharing your feedback. Here at TUI BLUE Adriatic Beach hotel we value all our guests and their satisfaction is our main goal. We provide loungers on the pool, beach and the sundeck for all our guests and did not had issues with availability. We are sorry that your experience did not met your expectations, however all our staff is always on disposal and would gladly assisted if they knew that you have issue with finding available sunbeds. The airport is 117km away from the hotel. We understand that you were not satisfied with that but this is advertised on all our web pages and yes, it takes longer than an hour for transfer.
