Gutes Hotel mit kleinen Mängeln

Lage & Erholung: Sehr ruhige Umgebung, gut zum Abschalten geeignet. Barrierefreiheit: Durch die vielen Treppen zum Meer ist das Hotel für körperlich eingeschränkte Personen nicht geeignet. Gastronomie: Kaffee und Getränke aus dem Automaten fielen geschmacklich negativ auf; Kaffee in der Lobby war gut. Hygiene: Probleme mit Ameisen im Speisesaal und in der Lobby. Service: Die vorzeitige Zahlungsaufforderung wurde als unpassend empfunden. Zimmerausstattung: Eine Aufhängung für ********** Wäsche auf dem Balkon fehlt. Zu wenig Sitzplätze in der Lobby bei Regen.

This is certainly not the standard we strive to maintain, and our team is addressing this matter with the highest priority. We also regret that the early payment request gave you a negative impression.
