However, we are disappointed to hear that we did not manage to meet your expectations on several aspects of the hotel. We also regret that our cleaning services were not up to your standards. According to our records, you only let us know about the cleaning issues two days before your departure. Nevertheless, we promptly resolved them and took extra care to make sure the rest of your stay was worry-free.
