Aus DeutschlandWunderschönes und sauberes Hotel. Der Pool lädt zum schwimmen und baden ein. Das Personal vom Hotel war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Bei Belangen wurde stets geholfen. Buchungen von Ausflügen sowie Fahrzeugen direkt und schnell an der Rezeption buchbar. Das Hotel, der Poolbereich sowie das Zimmer wurden regelmäßig ordentlich geputzt und gesäubert. Leider sind die Preise der Getränke in der Bar sehr teuer. Oft stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht. Ebenso bedauernswert war die Verfügbarkeit und das zur Verfügung gestellte Trinkwasser. Pro Tag wurde pro Person eine 0,5 Liter Flasche auf das Zimmer gestellt. Die Preise für Wasser an der Hotelbar und im Mini-Markt waren sehr hoch. In Anbetracht dessen, dass das Hotel auf Nachhaltigkeit achtet ist dies ein Minuspunkt. Hier hätten wir uns einen Trinkwasser-Spender gewünscht. Darüberhinaus mussten wir eine Kurtaxe von 15€ pro Nacht zusätzlich bei der Ankunft zahlen, wovon wir im Vorfeld nichts wussten.

Regarding our drinks, please know that the price reflects both the exceptional service and high-quality ingredients, as well as premium branded drinks. However, we welcome all suggestions from our guests, as we continue to strive to improve our services. Therefore, we have noted your comments and assure you they will be shared with the relevant departments for consideration. Due to our island's infrastructure and location, the consumption of tap water is not recommended. While the tap water is safe for things like brushing one’s teeth, both the residents and the visitors of the island rather drink bottled water due to the high mineral content of the tap water. At the moment, our Hotel does not provide a water dispenser open to the public. However, we provide chlorinated water at breakfast, as well as one complimentary bottle of water per person placed in the room of our guests daily. Regarding the Accommodation tax (or officially, the Climate Crisis Resilience Fee), kindly be advised that it was introduced by the Greek Government a few years ago and is compulsory and payable by all guests staying in Greek hotels since. The fee depends on the type of accommodation, and for 5 star hotels it adds up to €15 per room/night.
