TUI Mitarbeiter/innen sind freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Was weniger gut war, waren die Wartezeiten bis alle Touristen da waren für den Chatelbus. Leider hatten wir einen Unfall im Hotel, Hilfe, Arzt, Krankenwagen, Krankenhaus waren nach Landesverhältnissen gut.
