Unsere Zeit im TUI BLUE Scheherazade war insgesamt sehr angenehm und wir waren recht zufrieden. Das Hotel selbst ist sauber und ordentlich, und besonders hervorheben möchten wir das durchweg freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal – man fühlt sich direkt willkommen. Auch das Essen hat uns überzeugt: abwechslungsreich, lecker und qualitativ gut. Unser Zimmer war ebenfalls sauber und gepflegt. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt sind allerdings die Betten, die wir als recht hart empfunden haben. Hier wäre ein Austausch oder zumindest eine Verbesserung wünschenswert. Die Animation über den Tag hinweg war abwechslungsreich gestaltet. Die Angebote waren angenehm zurückhaltend und nicht aufdringlich, was wir sehr positiv fanden. Insgesamt eine nette Ergänzung zum Aufenthalt. Verbesserungsbedarf sehen wir am Strand, insbesondere auf dem Weg ins Wasser. Während der etwas abgetrennte Hotelbereich gut gepflegt wird, lagen im direkten Zugang zum Meer teilweise Scherben und Müll. Das sollte unbedingt konsequenter gereinigt werden, da es den ansonsten guten Eindruck trübt. Trotz dieses Punktes hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und können das Hotel insgesamt weiterempfehlen.
