Allgemein

Die Anlage ist sauber und alle sind bemüht, dass es so bleibt. Die Zimmer sind jedoch sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Situation beim Abendessen ist allerdings nicht schön. Erst wartet man, dass man überhaupt einen Platz bekommt und dann wartet man am Buffet. Der Geräuschpegel im Restaurant ist eher wie in einer Bahnhofshalle. Wirklich toll ist die Poollandschaft und auch der Kinderpool-Bereich. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub, würden aber nicht nocheinmal dorthin reisen.

All room furnishings are continually checked by both the housekeepers and the housekeeping staff, and if required a change is made. The team is also available 24 hours a day should any aspect of the room not be to your satisfaction so that it can be dealt with in the best possible way. On the other hand, we are sorry to hear about your experience in catering. We understand that the busiest times of the year, especially in these holidays, can generate queues due to the high number of people, but we try to manage them as quickly as possible, being only occasional moments. If you want to enjoy the quieter hours, we recommend using our app and the totems that are available throughout the resort, where you can check the quietest times for our restaurants. However, we are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the pool area and children's pool, and that overall you had a great holiday.
