Der Zustand des Hauses ist einem 4 Sterne Haus würdig. Die Freundlichkeit, Herzlichkeit wie die Zuvorkommenheit des Personals läßt kaum Wünsche offen. Mit welcher Angagiertheit der Mitarbeiter alle Aufgaben im Bereich Service, Gastronomie wie auch im Outdoor-Bereich verdienen höchsten Respekt. Nicht zuletzt besticht die Sauberkeit im und am Poolbereich wie der Liegebereich, herabfallende Blätter von den Bäumen werden zeitnah entfernd. Was bleibt, ist die Erinnerung an einen wunderschönen Zeit im The Sands by Aitken Spence in Kalutara.
