Dear guest Sunny greetings from Utopia beach club team First of all we would like to thank you for taking the time to share your feedback coming from your last stay in Utopia beach club and also for your comment even negative but will show us that we have to do more and more to satisfy all our guests especially our repeaters , we have to apologize if some thing happened and disturbed you during your stay or you did not estimate the level of cleanliness . Secondly we will care more about cleanliness in every where in all hotel areas , about mosquitos we have one of the standard companies in Egypt to face this problem we will do our best to ride of Mosquitos , About food variety we have changed our chef he has changed the menu to provide more food variety ,daily pizza ,different kind of fruits different kind of meat chicken fish craps turkey duck etc, rice cooked in different ways daily pasta by dinner and lunch fresh beard cooked every day by lunch huge salads buffet by lunch and dinner desserts one day Egyptian dinner , new for our repeaters a la carte restaurant once per stay , GM cocktail . About the animation the team is not completely new still Dasha and Safy the program is the same daily show ,daily activities but we will check their activities during the day and in the evening .
