Dear guest Sunny greetings from Utopia beach club team First of all we would like to thank you for taking the time to share your feedback coming from Utopia beach club and also for your comment even negative and we have to apologize if you did not enjoy your vacation as you have planned . Secondly you have mentioned that the room is very old but for your information hotel management we have done a lot renovation in all over the hotel including rooms ways restaurants and the beach , we provide the rooms as hotel voucher say we have renovated room superior family superior deluxe and front beach rooms every guest receive his reservation. About food we will do our best to improve food quality and provide more food variety but tasty food no guest has complained , in the last three weeks we as hotel management allow the guest to have dinner in the Italian restaurant in order to provide more food variety and to satisfy the majority.
