für unsere Familie 2 Erw. + 4 Kinder war der Wohnbereich eindeutig zu klein - eine unbequeme Couch war für max. 3 Personen die Sitzgelegenheit. Der Esstisch war wegen mangelnder Stabilität kaum zu gebrauchen. Praktisch war die Einteilung in 2 geräumige Schlafzimmer mit je 1 Badezimmer (1x mit Badewanne 1x mit Dusche). Die Küche war mehr als dürftig ausgestattet, das Essbesteck mussten wir uns teilen, jegliche Art von Schüsseln und dergleichen fehlte. Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig, am Boden überall Staub - die Bettvorleger einfach nur ekelig, auch der Küchenbereich nicht sehr einladend. Supertoll war der Handtuch und Bettwäschewechsel! Raus aus der Anlage - Land und Leute einfach nur traumhaft!

Wir haben nur das Grillrestaurant besucht - das Essen war gut, jedoch im Vergeich einfach zu teuer für die Leistung.
An der Rezeption gab es ausgespochen nettes Personal, jedoch auch weniger motivierte Mitarbeiter. Wir hatten ein Babybett bestellt - das stand auch bereit, jedoch ohne jegliches Bettzeug. Wir behalfen uns mit selbst mitgebrachten Decken.
Wir waren in einer "Anlage" im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes. Relativ abgeschirmt vom Rest des Landes waren wir eigentlich auf Gedeih und Verderben auf diese Anlage angewiesen, d.h. Supermarkt Restaurant etc. Bis Sibenic sind es etwa 6 km, jedoch mit unseren Kindern zu gefährlich, dorthin auf der stark befahrenen Straße zu fahren. Eine nette Alternative (Restaurant Adriatic!) bot jedoch der Ort Zablace, der mit Rad oder zu Fuß gut zu erreichen war. Ansonsten hatten wir den Eindruck, auf einem überdimensional großen Campingplatz gelandet zu sein. Schön war die Nähe zum ruhigen Kies/ Steinstrand, das Wasser superklar und toll zum Schnorcheln

Die Pools waren relativ weit weg, so dass die Kinder immer Begleitung Erwachsenen brauchten. Mir war es auch einfach zu laut und umtriebig dort. Der Wasserpark und die Rutschen mussten natürlich extra werden, ein nicht ganz billiger Spaß. Die anderen Angebote (Schiffsausflügevon Solaris) nutzten wir bewußt nicht, da wir das Gefühl hatten, dass die Gäste einfach maßlos abkassiert werden, viel günstiger war es, die Ausflüge auf eigene Faust zu organisieren.

Dear Mrs Melanie, First of all, we would like to thank You for choosing Solaris Ville Kornati for Your family vacation in Croatia. We appreciate Your taking the time to write this review. Our guests' opinion is very important, it helps us to constantly learn and improve the quality of our services. We can understand that You were disappointed with the size of Your apartment, but we would like to point out that this is the biggest apartment we have in Villas Kornati, and that the size of the app. is 70 m2. This type of accomodation is well received by our guests and can accomodate 4 adults and 3 children – one child on extra bed in one bedroomm and two on the sofa bed in the living room. Also, this type of apartment is very popular beacuse it has 2 balconies. We are very sorry that You didn't react and report Your unsatisfaction to the reception while You were here, that way we would have been able to react – to offer You one of our Villas Dalmatian Stars, or maybe accommodation in one of our hotel suites or family rooms. We tried to find Your report about the cleanliness of Your apartment but we unfortunately didn't find it. We have checked with the Villa's houskeeping manager and were confirmed that Your apartment was regularly cleaned and equipped with all the neccessities. Our goal is to have happy and satisfied guests so we are very sorry to see Your experience in Solaris was not satisfiying. Being dependent on our „system“ as You reffer to it is really not something that we want for our guests. You are offered a variety of facilities, shops and restaurants inside the Resort, but if You want to see and visit something else, You are more than welcome to do so. There is a regular bus line to the city of Sibenik, and also local buses running to the neighboring village of Zablace – that You had the chance to visit. Walking the 6 km to the town of Sibenik is certainly not something we recommend to any of our guests, however Zablace is only 1 km of walking distance from the Resort. The excursions to islands and national parks are also an important part of our offer, many guests choose Solaris because it is so close to many of the natural beauties in the area. The prices of our excursions are very simillar to the prices of excursions offered by others. You can certainly always find something cheap but this is not always legal – people offer excursions in their arrangement, without paying taxes or having insurrance. This is not the case in Solaris as all of our operations are done strictly according to the law. If being a part of an excursion or travelling with a group of people is not the kind of activitiy Your family would enjoy, You can always make Your private arrangements and our staff is more than happy to assist You with instructions on getting somewhere, handing brochures or maps or simply by calling a taxi. We sincerely hope that staying in Solaris was all together a pleasurable experience for You and Your family, and that you will visit Solaris again and give us the oportunity to make your next stay a perfect family vacation!
