Schlechteste Hotel was wir je besucht haben. Überwiegend kaltes Essen vom Buffet. Personal lustlos und unfreundlich, bis auf wenige Ausnahmen.
War immer sauber. Jedoch stapelte sich die getauschte Wäsche auf unseren Koffern. Handtücher wurden jeden Tag gewechselt, jedoch auch mal nur teilweise
Das Essen am Buffet war meist kalt. In den zusätzlichen Restaurants konnte man gut essen.
Das Personal am Buffet war unmotiviert und lustlos. Auch an der Strandbar war es nicht anders. In der Lobbybar gab es teilweise motivierte Mitarbeiter, der Rest war genauso lustlos.
Im Mai und im Juni ist der Strand mit Algen überseht. Er wurde jeden Tag von den Arbeitern gereinigt, jedoch war er nie algenfrei. Das Wasser stank teilweise und war nicht klar.

In fact, our warm and attentive service use to be very often highlighted and definitely it makes the difference in Vista Sol Punta Cana. We regret that your stay was not very pleasant due to inconveniences with our staff, we sincerely apologize. On the other hand, our beach, with more than 270 meters in length, palm trees, pines, white sand and turquoise waters is one of the most representative of the whole area. The issue of seaweed depends on marine currents and lunar cycles. However, every morning they are removed. Finally, we deeply regret that our gastronomic offer did not meet your expectations. Our hotel offers a wide variety with the aim of meeting the culinary demands of different cultures who visit us.
