NIE WIEDER!!! Baustellen Lärm, schimmliges Zimmer, dreckiges Geschirr, essen eintönig und teilweise auch roh, die 3 Restaurants sind nicht zum empfehlen, es ist das gleiche essen wie jeden Abend nur verschönert, keine frischen Säfte , unhöfliches Personal die einem deutschen nicht wirklich weiter helfen wollen und Personal dass den Anschein machte kein Bock auf arbeiten hat, Free WLAN geht ab ca 30 Personen nicht mehr , wer WLAN Kaufen will muss für 10 Tage 50€ zahlen, Pools sehr ungepflegt. Im großen und ganzen viel Geld für nichts , jedes andere Hotel war bisher besser !

Dear Guest, Greetings from Vista Sol Punta Cana In order to your review, we deeply regret that your experience in Vista Sol & Dominican Republic did not meet your expectations. We were surprised to read that absolutely all was wrong on your vacations. When we travel abroad particularly and usually as a philosophy of life, we must try to be optimistic and positive. This makes our life easier and more enjoyable. Regarding to your review, we would like to add the following: We deeply regret that our gastronomic offer did not meet your expectations. Our hotel offers a wide variety both in our buffet and the specialty restaurants, with the aim of meeting the culinary demands of different cultures who visit us. At breakfast, lunch and dinner time we offer to our guests a wide variety and fresh selection of vegetables, legumes, fruits, juices, fish, seafood, meat, pastries and more. However, quality is a subjective concept.We would like to emphasize that the welfare and health of our customers is of utmost importance. We would like to emphasize that after a few days in a “All Inclusive Resort" everything could start being repetitive. Concerning your comments about the construction in some areas of the hotel, we would like to point out that periodically, we renew our facilities in order to be in the forefront of our guests´ needs; because of this reason, one of our beach restaurants and its surrounding areas were undergoing maintenance works during your stay. We would like to extend our most sincere apologies for the inconveniences that this plan for improvement may have caused you. In reference to service, we are surprised and worried to hear that you are not satisfied. In fact, our warm and attentive service use to be very often highlighted and definitely it make the difference in Vista Sol Punta Cana. Internet is available for free through our show area. Please note that certain programs need specific amount of band width in order to make use of certain processes. There is available as well a premium wifi (extra charge) with advanced connectivity. Please note that the features (technical, economic etc.) can be different depending of the country. The level of development is not the same.
